For me, 2018 was a huge year. I spent it reflecting about who I am, who I want to be, and where I hope to be personally and professionally in 2019. I had to have some hard conversations with myself and decide that I must finally prioritize myself!
Trust me, I know as a busy mama that it’s so hard to focus on self-care. There’s always a mile-long to-do list and it’s easy to forget about your own wellbeing – mentally, spiritually, and physically. But enough is enough! This year I had a lightbulb moment:

That mental shift changed everything – I spent the year figuring out what makes me feel and be my best. I tackled basically everything to get me at my best, from skincare and makeup to healthy eating and exercise routines to taking the time unwind at the end of the day with a good bath and a good book.
I didn’t stop there – it’s so important to have your home be a place of peace, or your mind will never be at rest. So I found the best way to invite peace into my home and manage my anxiety. I’ve gotta say – it was such a journey over the last year, but I could not be happier with my transformation!
